Payment

• All orders must be paid prior to shipping.
• Payment can be made via Paypal, or credit card. We do not process credit card payments directly, payments are processed securely by Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account, just click the Paypal link to make payment with a credit card.

General

• All hatchlings have fed at least 3 times voluntarily and are visably in good health & condition. All reptiles at Pyxis Reptiles are captive bred from captive bred parents.

Guarantees

• Live Arrival Guarantee – An adult must be present to sign for the shipment on the first delivery attempt and the temperature must be between 40°F to 90°F for guarantee of live arrival. You must notify us within 12 hours of receipt in the event of DOA (dead on arrival) specimen. We reserve the right to ask for photos or the return of the frozen specimen back to us.
• Sexing Guarantee – All snakes are guaranteed sexed correctly. Claims for incorrectly sexed snakes must be made within 48 hours of your receipt of the animal.

Shipping - usually $50

• Shipping is paid for by the customer and varies depending on location and order.
• Professionally insulated boxes - heat or ice packs will be added as needed at no extra charge. Shipping is done via Fed Ex overnight delivery. Shipments are sent out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and usually arrive by 10:30am your time the next morning. An adult must be present to sign for the shipment on the first delivery attempt and the temperature must be between 40°F to 90°F for guarantee of live arrival.

• I will not knowingly sell to anyone under the age of 18.
• I will not knowingly ship any animals in violation of any state or federal laws.

• Currently we do not ship outside the U.S.A.
